Nearly three years ago, I was shopping for a new dentist. As soon as I walked into the office and talked to the staff person at the front desk, I knew this was the one for me! I have not been disappointed. It really does feel like family. Dr. Jed and the other staff members are wonderful, and all my visits have been comfortable and relaxed. I would even go so far as to say that this is my favorite dental office of all time!

Dr. Keener is calm and patient. I needed this after a less than desirable dental experience as a teen. I take all 5 of my kiddos there with me and we feel welcomed, relaxed, never feel rushed or kept waiting for too long. The hygienist are as sweet as can be and so kind to the children. In addition to excellent service and a calm environment the office staff is very competent. LIKE VERY!! I’ve called into schedule our family of 7 and the gal will verify that each appt. is at least 6 mos & 1 day from the last appt. in keeping with the verbiage of our insurance coverage! I’ve not once had issues with billing, insurance, or scheduling with this business. As a bonus, their waiting room toys are appropriate for a waiting room and my kids love them. My kids ask to go to this dentist! – Alena
